Our clients can claim fully or a partially refund if they are not satisfied with the services of their assignment provided by true assignment. You are allowed to claim a refund; however we have listed down the pointers that you should carefully review before claiming any refund. Our refund policy is stated below:
- If you cancel your order before we assign a writer to work on it, you have options that either you can book other assignment of the same value else you may collect back your amount to your account in short time period.
- Assignment is not done according to the client assigned standards
- In case of any reason, if you were charged twice and you received two receipts from the payment processing system (PayPal.com) then immediate contact us. Forward both receipts to our email and the extra payment will be refunded.
- A repayment appeal will only be considered if it is made within ten days of delivery.
- In case, if final order is delivered after given deadline and/or plagiarized final delivered order then amount will be refunded.
- If we do not found an appropriate writer on your work that on rare occasion, then we will do your next assignment free of cost of the same value.
- Once the Quality Assurance Team has assessed the claim, the refund shall be made within five working days.
- We will not entertain any rework after more than one month from assignment given date and also, there is no refund in such cases.
